I'm Shontel, a Christian life coach! I have lived with Chronic pain since 2006. It was quite the process of coping and adjusting to the lifestyle changes. I felt inadequate, worthless, purposeless, and frankly, embarrassed.
I had no concept of my true identity; therefore, I fell victim to the lies my thoughts would feed me. I'm delighted that by God's grace, I am on the opposite end of that spectrum. I know who and whose I am, and operating in my purpose as a beacon of encouragement to help women propel to their God-given purpose in life!
Are you ready for a breakthrough and could use some encouragement on your journey to your destiny?

Fall is my favorite season. Yup, I'm a fall baby. Aside from the symbolism of the old falling off/dying, so the new can form, and oversized sweaters and uggs - I love allll things pumpkin!
Christmas is my favorite time of the year. I can seriously watch Christmas movies all year round, and some family faves are: Almost Christmas, Elf, Home Alone 2, and This Christmas.
There is something about the serenity that is found alongside the water. It's one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I've learned to appreciate.
I did not travel much as a kid, so I am grateful for the opportunity to travel as an adult and afford my daughter the opportunity as well. I love creating family traveling memories.
